Nagoya Castle is a Japanese castle located in Nagoya City, Japan. Nagoya Castle was built in 1612 during the Sengoku period. Nagoya Castle was partially destroyed during the Pacific War in 1945, but construction is continuing to rebuild the castle. Nagoya Castle is also historically called Kinjo (金城), meaning "golden castle." |
