[Norway] Day 5 of my trip to Norway
On the fifth day in Norway, I left for the bus terminal to go to Ålesund. The bus to Ålesund arrived, so I paid the bus fare to the bus driver and got on the bus. I sat behind the driver. I wanted to talk. I mustered up the courage to say a few words to the driver. He laughed, thinking I was strange, but I couldn't talk.

After a while, the bus finally saw the Sognefjord, the king of fjords. It was a beautiful landscape with mountains behind it and the fjord starting in front, just like where a fjord begins.

Finally, I arrived at the Ålesund bus stop, and with my quick wit, I rang the bell to get off. When I was about to get off, two Arabs traveling behind me also got off. Were they trying to kidnap me? I had followed them from Bergen earlier, and I was wondering if I was really that great, but the Arabs were going in the opposite direction of where I was going. It was my own delusion.

I really wanted to see the city of Ålesund. Because the entire city was almost in ruins due to a fire, it is now a city with new buildings in the Art Nouveau style. When I majored in urban engineering, I liked the Art Nouveau style of architecture, but I really wanted to visit the city of Ålesund, which was built entirely in the Art Nouveau style. Ålesund was such an unfamiliar city that I couldn't figure out where to go, so I wandered around and ended up at the Ålesund Museum. However, since the opening hours were over, I just looked around from outside and walked along the pretty streets of Ålesund, so it wasn't hard to find a place to stay.

I wanted to go up to the Ålesund Observatory to see the city of Ålesund, which is full of Art Nouveau architecture, so I climbed the 418 steps. There weren't many tourists, so I was scared, but I confidently went up to the observatory where Norwegians go. From the Ålesund Observatory, the city of Ålesund looked cute, like a miniature, with beautiful Art Nouveau architecture and the Atlantic Ocean in harmony.

After viewing the view of Ålesund from the observatory, I headed to the Ålesund Church, where I suddenly met Arabs who had ridden the bus with me. The Arabs smiled at me, so I greeted them with 'hallo' like a Norwegian and went in a different direction from the Arabs, but there was not a single person in my direction. After walking for a while, I saw a church. I tried to hide inside the church, but the door wouldn't open, so I pretended to pray and stayed still. When I looked back, there were no Arabs, so I looked around the outside of the church. After that, since Ålesund is a city famous for fishing, I tried to tour the fishing museum, but since it was past 6 PM, I thought it would be difficult, so I decided to go anyway and went to the museum. In front of the museum, there was a scary-looking person sitting and watching women passing by.

I asked if I could go into the museum, and he told me to go in. Contrary to his appearance, he was a kind person. I listened to the kind person's explanation step by step, half of me understood, and the other half thought, ˝Aha, so that's what it is.˝ After looking around, the guide kindly took a picture for me. I thought again that you shouldn't judge people by their appearance, and that's how my time in Ålesund passed. While exploring downtown Ålesund, I came across many Art Nouveau buildings, but there was one building that particularly caught my eye. It was a building with beautiful shapes carved into small parts of the building, and it was a building that was symmetrical but not symmetrical, and the beautiful shapes were symmetrical.
