| [Finland] Day 7 of our family trip to Finland |
The seventh day of our trip to Finland was the trip from Rovaniemi back to Helsinki.
It was the day when our 9-hour train ride began.
We found out that the peak season for traveling to Rovaniemi is December.
The biggest worry for the kids was whether they would be able to ride the 9-hour train well.
Fortunately, the train was spacious and there weren＇t many passengers, so the kids enjoyed the train ride by going back and forth when they got bored.
We arrived safely in Helsinki after our 9-hour train ride.
After purchasing the Helsinki transportation card, we waited for the number 4 or 10 tram to the Scandic Hotel.
The kids asked why we were getting on here and told us that we were staying at a different hotel.
There was a souvenir shop for tourists near the Scandic Hotel.
After checking out the room at the Scandic Hotel and going into the souvenir shop, I saw a Finnish fur hat and scarf that I really liked. After thinking that I absolutely had to buy this, I headed to Sibelius Park.
There was a statue of Sibelius＇ face and an organ-shaped sculpture in Sibelius Park.
