[Finland] Day 8 of our family trip to Finland |
The last day of my trip to Finland was to visit the National Museum of Finland in Helsinki and fly from Helsinki Airport to Incheon Airport in South Korea.
Today is the day I return to Korea.
After eating breakfast, I visited a gift shop before going to Korea, saying that I had some gifts for my friends.
I bought the fur hat and scarf that I had decided on yesterday for 10 euros.
My wife and kids also bought what they wanted and left the gift shop.
Today's itinerary was to take tram number 1 or 2 to the Rock Church.
When I arrived in front of the Rock Church and looked for a bathroom, I was told that there was no bathroom inside the Rock Church. I asked where the bathroom was, saying that it was ridiculous, and they said that I could go to the cafe and use it. But what was even funnier was that there was a sign in front of the cafe saying that you had to pay 2 euros to use the bathroom. I had no choice but to wait a little longer and took tram number 2, then transferred to tram number 4, and arrived at the National Museum of Finland. I came here thinking that there might be one here, but luckily I was able to use the bathroom for free. But my sons tried to urinate, but the urinal was too high, so they urinated in the toilet and came out. Fortunately, I was able to comfortably handle my own waste, buy tickets to the National Museum of Finland, and enjoy the tour before heading back to the Rock Church.
When I arrived at the Rock Church, there were many tourists from Korea. There were also many Korean speakers here and there.
They asked me to pay 3 euros to enter the Rock Church, so I just looked around the area around the Rock Church. I thought there wouldn't be much to see inside the Rock Church, which didn't even have a bathroom.
That's because I saw people who went in to see the Rock Church just walking around the Rock Church and leaving.
There was more to see outside the Rock Church than inside.
After spending a leisurely morning, we took a train to Vantaa Airport in Finland and arrived at the airport.
However, the airport was crowded with people. We had to get our tickets, but we were just wasting time going back and forth, wondering where to go. Fortunately, after I got my ticket from the automatic ticket machine, I had to check in my luggage, but I didn't know where to go, so I asked the Finnair staff, but they didn't tell me exactly, so I just stood somewhere.
Fortunately, the Finnair counter staff said I was there, checked my ticket, and checked my luggage, so I was very grateful.
I went into Helsinki Airport, but this time, I went straight to the security checkpoint so that I wouldn't be pressed for time. Of course, there were a lot of people.
