[Korea] Introducing festivals held in Incheon City.

In April, the Ganghwa Goryeosan Azalea Festival is held. In June, the Incheon Port Cultural Heritage Night Festival is held. The Incheon Port Cultural Heritage Night Festival is also held in September. In August, the Incheon Pentaport Music Festival is held. In August and September, there is the Songdo World Culture and Tourism Festival. In September, the INK Concert, also known as Incheon K-POP, is held. In October, the Bupyeong Pungmul Festival, Sorae Port Festival, and Dongincheon Romantic Festival are held.
