[Korea] Introducing Donam Seowon in Korea.
Donam Seowon is a Seowon built in 1634 by Joseon Dynasty Confucian scholars to commemorate the scholarship and virtue of Sagye Kim Jang-saeng.

The Donam of Donam Seowon is the name of a rock near Imri Forest.

Doam Seowon is located on a gentle hill facing east.

Donam Seowon consists of a sacrificial rite space, a lecture space, and a space for Confucianism and Yusik.

The sacrificial rite space includes Sungnye Mountain and Jeonsa-cheong.

The lecture space includes Eungdo-dang, Yangseong-dang, Geogyeongjae, Jeongui-jae, Jangpangak, and Jeonghoe-dang.

The space for exchange and Yusik includes Sanang-ru.

Donam Seowon enshrines the memorial tablets of Sagye Kim Jang-saeng, along with the mortuary tablets of his sons and disciples Kim Jip, Song Jun-gil, and Song Si-yeol.

Sagye Kim Jang-saeng is a person who compiled the rites of Confucianism in the first half of the 17th century and popularized it during the Joseon Dynasty.
