The Pula Fortress is called the Pula Citadel.
The Pula Fortress is an octagonal fortress.
If you go inside the Pula Fortress and climb up the fortress, you can see the city of Pula from above.
Since you can see the Pula port from the Pula Fortress, the Pula Fortress seems to have been a means of defense against external invasion.
